The main objective of our Doctorate is to train high-level researchers who produce results and solutions in the organization, with ethical training and social impact in the work environment.
The Doctorate program that is offered is attached to the Institute of Research and Higher Studies of Administrative Sciences (IIESCA) founded since 1976, and which has more than 43 years of experience in the field of research and postgraduate studies.
