The Doctorate in Administrative Sciences and Management for Development (DASMD) is an evolving program with the primary goal of fostering scientific and socially impactful research. It aims to make theoretical contributions to the fields of Management and Administrative Sciences while influencing organizations and companies of all types through timely research projects. These efforts are directed toward positioning them as responsible and sustainable agents of change for the benefit of society.
The program addresses three fundamental needs:
a) Academic Need: There is a growing demand for highly qualified human resources capable of generating new knowledge in the fields of Administrative and Management Sciences. This is essential for organizations to incorporate and develop innovations that meet the challenges of sustainability and governance.
b) Economic-Administrative Demand: The program seeks to offer a rigorous, scientific, and well-grounded response to the management challenges faced by companies, organizations, and productive projects. Its orientation supports development through research-based solutions.
c) Social Commitment: The DASMD is committed to providing scientific knowledge that enables organizations—including social, public, and non-governmental entities—to act as agents of change, driving sustainable development within the state of Veracruz and beyond. While the program is anchored locally, its research is not confined to organizations based solely in Veracruz.
