- Establish clear objectives for the proposal for collaboration, mentioning all previous collaboration held between the involved parties.
- Provide clarity on the economic commitment involved (or not). (i.e. The expenses mobility and visiting teachers would cause).
- If economic commitment exists, please specify in which UV budget these expenses will be covered.
- Explain how this agreement will benefit your research, academic body or educational program.
- Request a draft with all legal facts of both UV and the other institution. (A draft is available at the DGRI for you to fill out the required information).
- The DGRI will process your proposal before the UV’s General Lawyer once you have met all the above-mentioned requirements
