El descubrimiento se realiz\u00f3 a partir de una circunscripci\u00f3n del complejo de especies\u00a0<em>Cycas pectinata\u00a0<\/em>mediante un an\u00e1lisis morfom\u00e9trico de estructuras tanto vegetativas como reproductivas, esto permiti\u00f3 el reconocimiento de algunas de las poblaciones previamente consideradas parte de esta especie como una nueva entidad biol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p><em>Cycas\u00a0<\/em><em>divyadarshanii\u00a0<\/em>se caracteriza por su estr\u00f3bilo polin\u00edfero ovoide-cil\u00edndrico de hasta 50 cm de largo con microspor\u00f3filas estrechas, las megaspor\u00f3filas son lanosas y profundamente pectinadas con una espina apical apendiculada.<\/p>\n<p>La especie habita en bosques secos y bosques caducifolios en India (Manipur), Myanmar, China, Tailandia y Vietnam\u200b.<\/p>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-MX\">Para conocer m\u00e1s de la especie:<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-MX\">Khuraijam, J.S., Singh, R. 2020.
