Alvar Gonz\u00e1lez Christen quien entreg\u00f3 la estafeta al Dr. Morteo. De manera virtual el Mtro. Domingo Canales Espinosa, Director General del \u00c1rea Acad\u00e9mica Biol\u00f3gico Agropecuaria hizo entrega simb\u00f3lica del c\u00f3digo de \u00e9tica de la Universidad Veracruzana.
