Through this line, the student of the Master in Administration, may have the elements to generate and apply knowledge in the field of administration belonging to the private sector, as a result of their participation in research and consulting activities in business management. Act as a change agent by identifying organizational structure or operation problems, through the analysis of their characteristics, in order to propose corrective actions and identify areas of opportunity, through the use of modern management techniques and tools. Likewise, it will participate in the design and implementation of prospective administration schemes and processes, anticipating future scenarios in order to contribute to economic and social development. |

Propose alternatives for solution or improvement, seeking to create and develop theoretical and practical work within the field of public administration, acting as an agent of change through scientific research and the proposal of innovations in public management that gives greater efficiency in the satisfaction of social needs. Students of the Master in Administration may act as agents of change through the creation of relevant innovations, in the field of public management; that improve the use and exploitation of public resources, increasing efficiency and achieving efficiency in the supply of public goods and services. In addition to proposing new and better performance indicators, which allow to control and evaluate the quality, opportunity and sufficiency of the services. Always looking for the government to offer greater openness, transparency, accountability, assignment of responsibilities and the efficiency required in public management. |
