Develop research that allows the generation and application of administrative knowledge in both private and public, social and rural organizations, resulting from research and consulting activities and organizational intervention. Act as an agent of change by identifying problems in the structuring or operation of organizations, through the analysis of their characteristics, with the purpose of proposing corrective actions and identifying areas of opportunity, through the use of modern administrative management techniques and tools. Participate in the design and implementation of prospective administration schemes and processes, forecasting future scenarios, in order to contribute to economic and social development. Propose new and better performance indicators, which allow controlling and evaluating the quality, timeliness and sufficiency of the services. Always seeking that the State offers greater openness, transparency, accountability, assignment of responsibilities and the efficiency required in public management. |
