Los personajes eran Butch Cassidy <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(Newman<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">) y Sun<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">dance Kid (<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Redford<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, dos pistoleros asaltantes de bancos y trenes <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a fines del siglo<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> XIX y principios del XX.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559731&quot;:708,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Al<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">dueto actoral <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">se agreg\u00f3<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Katharine<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Rose, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">como<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Etta<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Place<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> y <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">la acci\u00f3n <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">bri<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">o<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sa <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">fue <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">secundada por un humor relajado<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> que mitificaba a dos bandoleros<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> circunscritos en<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> la ilegalidad<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. De ah\u00ed que l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a cinta cuaj<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ara<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> escenas memorables, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">como <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">la <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">del <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">final de<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> encuadre fijo en<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">color<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> sepia o aquella de<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">l tr\u00edo en<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> bicicleta con<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> la canci\u00f3n<\/span> <i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Raindrops<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> are <\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">falling<\/span><\/i> <i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">on<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> my head<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">de <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Burt<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ba<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">charach<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559731&quot;:708,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El tono crepuscular de <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Butch Cassidy<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> re<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">b<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">el\u00f3<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> que un g\u00e9nero cl<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e1sico como el <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">western<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> no deb<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00eda continuar <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">los mismos esquemas <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">de sus inicios y apogeo<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> en Hollywood<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Fue tal la <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">repercusi\u00f3n de la cinta<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> que <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">en su momento recibi\u00f3 cuatro Oscar, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">10<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">P<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">remios BAFTA y un Globo de Oro. P<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">odr\u00eda considerarse <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e car\u00e1cter hist\u00f3rico<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">en tanto recreaci\u00f3n de eventos<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> lamentables en la Alemania del ascenso nazista<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> como el incendio del Reichtag en 1933 y la \u201cNoche de los cuchillos largos\u201d en 1934.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559731&quot;:708,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">S<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">i bien los hechos hist\u00f3ricos est\u00e1n ah\u00ed, el director logr\u00f3 una confecci\u00f3n suntuosa <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sobre la decadencia grupal<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, inspirada <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">en la poderosa familia del acero Krupp, que vivi\u00f3 en a\u00f1os previos a la Segunda Guerra Mundial. En la ficci\u00f3n cinematogr\u00e1fica, la<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> familia se apellida Essenbeck y describe<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> a sus mie<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mbros minuciosamente<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, in<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tal\u00e1ndolos<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> en un escenario decadente donde las escenograf\u00edas, el vestuario y el maquillaje articulan presencias<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> a punto de la desintegraci\u00f3n<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">en parte<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">por<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">la <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">efectiva manipulaci<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00f3n d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">el poder pol\u00edtico de la \u00e9poca, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">al que urg\u00eda<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> la integraci<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00f3n del acero a la<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> econom\u00eda de guerra.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559731&quot;:708,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Los malditos<\/span><\/i> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">rubrica<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> con maestr\u00eda a un director <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">interesado en<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> los cambios hist\u00f3ricos y los proc<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">esos decadentes de ciertos estratos<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> sociales.
