1. Human Rights Protection and defence.	The objective is to understand, analyze and dominate the proceedings for the Human Rights defence; recognizing the respect and protection of those rights in the national and inter-American legislation; analyze the dynamic character that every legal order must promote in this matter.
2. Constitutional Justice: Origins, transformations, methods and initiation.	Jurisprudence emanated from the organ in charge of the control of constitutionality as a function of extraordinary transcendence in relation to the ordinary jurisprudence and the work of judges and magistrates; therefore the means of defense will be analyzed to promise the constitutional regularity, and the appropriate ones in front of the invasion of instances and levels of government, so that in their case, they are used in an effective and efficient way.
