la presentaci\u00f3n del libro \u00abSuspensi\u00f3n del acto reclamado. Una nueva forma de pensarlo\u00bb de la autor\u00eda del Magistrado Benjam\u00edn Rubio Ch\u00e1vez en la Sala de Videoconferencias (USBI), donde se tuvo la grata participaci\u00f3n como presentadores al Juez Jes\u00fas Arturo Cu\u00e9llar D\u00edaz, Dr. Jos\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez Hern\u00e1ndez y al Dr. Homero V\u00e1zquez Ramos.
