Jos\u00e9 Otilio Avenda\u00f1o \u00c1lvarez, con la Tesis titulada \u201cVariaci\u00f3n hidrol\u00f3gica intermensual del Sistema Arrecifal Veracruzano\u201c. El resultado del jurado fue \u201caprobado por unanimidad con menci\u00f3n honor\u00edfica\u201d.
