4^th International Altamira Materials and Devices Encounter (EMDA) was successfully held at Altamira, Tamaulipas, México and online from | 16 – 17 | November 2023. The conference program is highlight to 13 invited talks. More than 192 participants, from 9 countries attended the conference, Azerbaijan, Colombia, Honduras, India, México, Malaysia, Morocco, Romania, USA The audiences actively took part in discussion and communication.
